Sega seems to have botched a lot with this release from what I've gleaned. First was a demo that many were frustrated with how long match making took. Then I was reading a post where it read PS3 region 1 PDLC codes aren't set to live until
Feb. 25. Also it appears some people who've ordered Hunter Ed. From Bestbuy are experiencing delays due to production issues and then of course broken Facehuggers which might be tied to the delays.

Some of this could have been fans exaggerating in nerd rage. But if true it's a bit frustrating.

And yet, IW can assemble NVG's in China somewhere that all work fine, but other companies can't manage to assemble what are essentially color coded parts without them breaking during shipment.

It wasn't due to shipping. THose facehuggers are fucking CHEAP and were packaged wrong.

The issue for me is my codes to redeem my downloadble content do not work at all.

mine got delayed too by a day - strangely and luckily the regular and special edition copies were lost in transit but not the hunter editions (which I was fortunate to have the facehugger intact) Played it last night and although it isn't the cleanest FPS to sure as hell was fun to play

I found the multiplayer fun. They need to get their dedicated servers up though :(. Any word on when those will be up? My only real complaint about the game is no dedicated servers for ranked matches.

Didn't order the hunter edition so not my problem.
