Auditorium headed to XBLA, PSN, and PSP Minis photo

Cipher Prime's Auditorium is a relatively simple, very self-explanatory game that's presented brilliantly. Rather than listen to me elaborate further, you can hear Samit discuss it or even try a demo, for that matter.

Oddly enough, GamerBytes reports that Auditorium is making it beyond the realm of PC exclusivity and onto Xbox LIVE Arcade, PlayStation Network, and even PSP Minis sometime next year. Not to discredit the game, but it doesn't seem like the sort of thing those services tend to offer usually.

Hell, I would take that as a compliment. More than anything else, it's good news because it means more money will go in the pockets of the guys who created Auditorium. They deserve it.

I would like to know how it will control.

I would like a system where you select a directional circle with a corresponding face button and then move it with the left stick and change it's range with the right...

This game confused me so bad. it was fun and pretty, but more confusing than challenging on advanced levels.

WiiWare and iPhone are the places I would expect to see this game, and they're nearly the only places it isn't coming.

"They deserve it."

Hell yeah they do. I found this game several months ago by happenstance, and absolutely love it. I hope more games find their way to console distribution services. The first one that comes to mind for me is the GemCraft series.

Sweet I love Auditorium. Never got around to buying it when it was released though -- something about paying for an online flash game that could disappear at any moment just doesn't sit well with me. But to have it on my Xbox? Now there's something to think about.

I do agree though that it seems like this would work better on Wii/iPhones/DS.

This makes me happy. I played the demo a long time ago and then forgot about the game.

I remember this game, it was pretty damn fun to play, and listen to. I'm not sure I'd shell out 10 bucks for an XBLA version of it though.
