When it said "see the real deal after the jump" I thought that you just threw that one together as a joke. I didn't expect it to be the exact same thing with colour. Pretty nice job though. It reminds me of that one Futurama episode: "I'll always remember you Fry--MEMORY DELETED!"

If youre one of the Atlus Faithful, which is a mailing list, youll get emails like this every week and the occaisional oh-so-hip tone in all of these.

I was thinking from Dale's quote that Atlus spelled their own game name wrong ("ETRAIN"), but on the scan of the letter, it's spelled correctly ("ETRIAN").

Because you'd typically expect something a bit more personal and congratulatory, with your name addressed. Replace that with a purposefully sterile letter that can't even remember why you were great, and lulz are had.

It would sound like something you'd here from an automated service. Reading it was damn funny though.
A lot of people are missing the other reason this is funny. If you're on the Atlus mailing list, Atlus ARAM intentionally makes his status as a human/computer ambiguous. So him sending out a "computer generated" letter like this is just another big in-joke. It's too absurd to have been actually computer generated, but you never know...
