I wanted to see Izuna on the Wii first but this will do. I always wanted a Wii rougelike.
They also said in an email that it won't have any of the online features the original has but it will have DLC packed-in. How frank of them to admit that up front. Good thing I don't care about online but do care about having extras.

I haven't actually PLAYED it, but I own a PS2/Wii dungeon crawler called Baroque. It did alright in reviews, but the concept seems really interesting and the atmosphere alone makes it worth checking out, if you can find a copy.

So is this a remake of the DS version or brand spankin' new or what? Could never get my hands on DS version.
I wrote a piece about the DS one a long time ago. I had no idea that a Wii version was coming out. I'll buy the shit out of it.
Yeah, have the DS one as well and love/hate it. :-) Can't wait to get this going on the Wii--just look how cute Koppa is!!!
Really hoping this sells well. Kotaku ran a story about how Atlus has lost money on every game they have imported.
@Benjo221: If that was true they wouldn't be in business. Kotaku tends to make up their news, I don't trust a thing they say anymore.
Anyway, if this is anything like the DS one, I won't get it. As much as I like the Roguelike genre, I detest the Mystery Dungeon formula. If it plays like Baroque I'll be all over it, although I don't know what to think of a 1000 floor dungeon. I don't have the time for that crap.
