Atlus' big Catherine poster is...wow

Atlus' big Catherine poster is...wow photo

While Catherine wasn't really at the Tokyo Game Show, it was really encouraging to see all the retail displays at game stores around Tokyo. Some had mini LCD TVs taped to game shelves with running loops of Catherine footage. Others had posters, mini signs and other ads. One even had a homemade (and horny!) cutout situation taped to a store shelf. If nothing else, retailers really seem to be behind Atlus' upcoming title.

One thing we all can get behind is this spread leg poster that Atlus is pushing. On their blog (or in our gallery) you can nab a really large version of the racy poster, though you should note that it's probably Not Safe For Work in that large format. Also be sure to check out the amazing header image on the official Catherine blog. Wow.

It seems that Atlus wants to give away three copies of the full B2 sized retail poster (in Japan). They have a Twitter contest that has fans describing how they feel about the game. The best entries will get the full poster, says Andria Sang.

I'm so glad that this is how Atlus decided they'd go HD.

Me too... Me too...
Sheeee-it.

I'm fucking terrified of this game, and I'm not sure why. :o

The image won't load for me =(.
x2 image no worky.
I have such a raging clue right now...
Site must be down :(
I unzipped for NOTHING!
in before "ban this sick filth" post by jim sterling.
Yea, image is down for me, too.
I don't see anything wrong with this...
Do want!
doesn't work for me either- not D-Toid's version or the official blog they linked to.
As excited as I am for this game, Atlus's intense (and so far, only) marketing focus on the sexual aspect of the game is making me a little nervous. Cleverly censored crotch shot is good and all, but a little more information on other stuff would be grand
Check out the Andria Sang link, you can see em there.
Get hype
@Yenner
Indeed

I still have no clue what the game is even about or what the gameplay is! I can't understand how people can jump on a game with such little info.
Nice legsssssssss !
@mix
Two reasons

1) It's an Atlus game
2) Titties
Image broken, etc.

DAMNIT DALE. WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY SMUT NOW?
@Krusayder
I figured that was the case.
I can't get excited unless I see game play/read about reviews or the game mechanics. I guess all the people with tigh pants buy games like BMXXX and for the nakedness factor.
Can I just get more gameplay details?!
Silicon Era has a working image link:

@Krusayder and mix
Well, the nightmarish things and story seem intriguing as hell, to be fair.
I mostly just want to know what is going on.
And it does convey a sort of sexuality that isn't even seen in pr0n games, a more romantic, yet devilish flaire. I'm utterly enthralled and confused, and while I don't know how it plays, I doubt gameplay would be the main draw to this game.

Have you watched the trailer yet? It totally seduces you into it's dark surrealism.
Wow, that's as subtle as a brick to the face.

No way this comes to America unedited.
HHNNNNNGGG.
Haha, i see what he did there. He uses his hair to cover her girl parts which understandably has her pubic hair.
I don't know. The picture doesn't seem that crazy risque to me.
Guess that's part of being an evil secularist though.
@mix Because the concept, the visuals...hell, everything about it from a aesthetic stand-point is already purchase worthy.
THIS BETTER GO STATESIDE.
I SWEAR TO GOD, IF HEAVY RAIN CAN GETS TITS, SO CAN THIS.
Awww, move the damn head.
@Balloonfighter
You're a fucking creep dude.
I traverse D toid for the sick filth, gimme more please!
http://cathy.atlus.co.jp/blog/ is...occupied and I hear the sound of distant fapping...like thunderous war drums. @_@
I GRANT UNTO YOU DUDES.....CATHERINE!
Y'kno, if it's still not working by now.

@Syn: Thank you! *fap fap fap*
@yenner - Atlus mentioned in a recent interview that they're going to start focusing on the horror aspect of the game now, leading up to the game's release.
And my interest has dropped completely. Not a fan of anime tropes.
I'm really curious what the final cover art will be considering everything so far has been racy.
This is the most I've ever been interested in a game I know nothing about.
