According to our friends at Tomopop, Square Enix is working on Aliens: Colonial Marines action figures. Now, while it might be surprising that the critically mauled game is getting toys (of the Spitter and Lurker aliens), the real shock is that Square Enix did what Gearbox Software couldn't, as far as the games are concerned. 

You see that little note in front of the figures? That's how it's done, guys

At least someone's honest about the demo status of their product. Now all we have to worry about is Square outsourcing the figures to Playmobil.
