There shouldn't be so many close-ups of the face o_O Regardless, sounds pretty decent and hopefully we'll get to understand the struggle throughout the game and all that. Combat looks well enough, though a bit confusing, but still enjoyable.
Yikes... certain parts look like a dreamcast game. Maybe this is part of the reason NoA won't release here???
I saw some videos at the Iwata Asks (http://www.nintendo.co.uk/NOE/en_GB/news/iwata/iwata_asks_xenoblade_chronicles_32883_33122.html#top) and I am digging the voice acting, actually. I can't wait for september!
The environments look fantastic for a wii game, I just wish they would work on the character models and animations a bit before releasing it in the US..

Voice acting sounds pretty decent actually, and the music is great of course. Still can't see any reason that Americans "wouldn't get it". Come on Nintendo, do the right thing!!!

The Wii is region locked. Plus if it wasn't, you wouldn't be able to play it because American TVs don't support PAL. (Which is weird because PAL TVs support NTSC.)

Game looks pretty cool and the voice acting isn't but, but I really hope there is an option to turn off battle voices. They talk WAAAAAY to damn much in battles. It always gets on my nerves in JRPGs when there is a lot of chatting during a fight.
Terrible, Terrible voice acting and accents. I am British myself and these are monotonous and boring/non expressive voice overs with a stupid choice of accents.

I wonder what FF6 or Chronotrigger would sound like with constant blabber during a fight. I don't think it really improves JRPGs.

I would have no problem playing the game with that voiceover. Stick it on a NA compatible disk and call it a day.
