Seriously, go watch Hulk vs Wolverine, it's actually pretty good and fucking hilarious.

Assassin's Creed III will feature tons of Nolan North
It looks like good ol' protagonist and stock villain voice extraordinaire Nolan North will be getting his heftiest paycheck yet, as Assassin's Creed III is reportedly going to feature more Desmond than any other game in the series. According to GamesRadar, Ubisoft had this say regarding our contemporary hero -- "All I can say about Desmond's story is you're going to experience more Desmond than you've ever had before. We're spending more time on the present than we have in past games.” I might be alone in thinking that nearly all of Desmond's required sections in 1, 2, Brotherhood and Revelations were kind of dull (especially the fetch quests in Brotherhood), but hopefully Ubisoft can put in some cold hard badass Desmond blood baths in there to spice things up. After the non-revelatory Revelations, it would be nice if something interesting was in store for us this time around, story-wise. Assassin's Creed III will be Desmond's biggest role [GamesRadar] Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)I would hate Nolan North... but he does such a good Deadpool in the Xmen cartoon movies the Marvel Vs Capcom 3.
Seriously, go watch Hulk vs Wolverine, it's actually pretty good and fucking hilarious. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OrJjPYbUvY To date, the Desmond sections have been some of the least interesting. I hope this changes or I'm going to hate this game. Im somewhat enjoying his stuff in Revelations (its only $20 New! That'll hold me over till 3) but yeah, its still not better than the core game. I'm hoping he comes into his own and we can finally have him be an assassin like his ancestors. If not 3 is going to suck for me. It has my favorite setting so far, looks gorgeous, but what good is that if half the game is Desmonds boring segments? I like the Desmond sections in ACII and Brotherhood. I just want a modern day AC game though (you know what I mean) and the Desmond sections tease that. i liked the desmond sections but i dont think they ever reached the potential the premise had. How cool would assasssinating people in the modern world be? we know desmond has the skills yet we never get to use them Well, i playing Brotherood, and i like Desmond, and the conversations with the others in the Villa.
I laughed really hard, with the scene with the Altair Statue. The only time I enjoyed the Desmond sections was in AC1, when everything was mysterious and vague, stealing pens and reading emails was surprisingly fascinating to read/play. I can only assume this means they are going to put some work into actually making those sections fun as opposed to what they were in previous games. I'd have to say I disagree with most of you guys. The Desmond portions of Revelations were interesting and was a very intuitive way of showing a characters backstory. I kind of always really enjoy the "Desmond" segments of the games, but I actually dig the scifi stuff more than the actual gameplay settings(maybe Im just sick of Italy). I was playing Shadow Complex again this week and I had forgotten he was in that too. Easily one of the most irritating voices out there. If I at least didn't have to he hear the whiny American-boy voice it would be fine. my co-worker's ex-wife makes $88 every hour on the laptop.
