lol, I have a hard time putting "optimism", "Ubisoft" and "Wii-U" in the same train of thought, and I pretty much saw this coming from a mile away.

I'll probably get this game in the Wii-U alongside Ninja Gaiden 3 and Darksiders 2...unless they are $59.99 when its like $29.99 for PS3,then nope.
Think it'll look any better than the PS3 or 360 versions given that the Wii U is more powerful? If Nintendo comes out with a wireless Classic Controller Pro so you don't have to use the (by all accounts) shitty, awkward, uncomfortable Wii U Controller and it's lack of real analog sticks, this might actually be the "definitive version" for consoles.

I would consider the current ccp as being wireless, as it connects to the wireless wiimote, which will be usable with the wiiu.

See this is the thing, that I don't get from people. What accounts are you talking about? Who in the media (who has actually played with the Wii U Controller) has ever said that it was shitty, or awkward, or uncomfortable to use? Because from every single preview that I've read for it, they have all said the exact opposite of what you're saying.
That its surprising comfortable and light in their hands, so I don't know why people keep saying that its shitty, when the people who actual had it in their hands, all say that its not. I guess you'll just have to hold it in your own hands, to make the final judgment. But it sounds like you already have made you're final judgment, before you've even touched the damn thing!

That's pretty cool, but I just don't expect much out of Ubisoft, so there's no point in getting my hopes up yet.

It would still be neat if all the that was different was that the hud was taken off the main screen. The entire screen would be free to display only the game world in all its glory.
Not revolutionary, but interesting enough for a 3rd party launch window (hopefully) game. ^_^;
