The fact that it is an all new story and adventure is awesome. That's a huge win for Sony if true. The Vita is actually powerful enough to handle an Assassins Creed game, unlike that "other" one for the PSP which shall not be named.

I actually have the newest issue of Game Informer and it confirmed that this is a real thing. Regardless, good for Vita owners to get an AC. Wish we 3DS owners were that lucky.

Let's hope it brings some advances to the platforming and gameplay like ACIII is doing. Because as it is now, AC sucks. Big time. Mainly because of the boring platforming and combat.
I'll be willing to give it a go if it's the same old AC because of the female protagonist and much more interesting setting (or at least a DIFFERENT sort of setting), but I would prefer a change.

I'm already sold on this. I've been wondering for a long time why there wasn't a female assassin, and she looks badass. New Orleans is a really amazing setting too.

Whoa. Well this is surprising. I was expecting a port of AC3, or maybe just some companion game that continued Connor's story (or filled in some gaps). But a new character in a new setting? Wow. Ubisoft must be sinking quite a bit of money to create all of this.

I don't know why the fuck they'd put the first game to feature a female main character on the Vita, but that sucks for people like myself that think it would make the next game more interesting. Playing a half-Native American Indian, half-Brit sounds cool and all, but I'm instantly interested in this female character and don't give a single fuck about the Vita. To me, that's a bad move on Ubisoft's part.

It's a chicken/egg thing. They need to make more compelling games like this, or no one will buy the vita. And a lot of devs won't make games, because no one has bought the vita. But hey, they're making great games for the vita. So more people will probably buy them.

This franchise has all the ingredients of a game I should love (Assassins, historical settings, awesome character design, etc) but I just can't get into it. And i've always loved Prince of Persia.

#13 is super excitebike, especially since I'm in the midst of marathoning Brotherhood and Revelations as I clear out my backlog.
And as Port City grows, so too does its seedy criminal underbelly. The mad gear gang prepares by buying rope and dynamite in bulk.
