Art Attack Friday proudly shines its shiny light upon the artist known as Vicewolf. As you can tell by the gallery here and at his Deviant, he loves to make his characters extremely happy. He also makes some nice mash-ups like the Katamari Damacy pieces.
Since I've been doing this feature I've noticed that I seem to focus more on the artists that make life-like recreations of characters. Rarely do I focus on the ones that make pieces that are just extremely cartoony. Which is a shame because these type of pieces are just as good as the others such as the work of Vicewolf. My favorite of his work has to be this Ridley piece, shown above. Ridley is one of my favorite villains of all time, so I just have a soft spot for him I suppose.

Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco. To date he has given away tens of thousands of dollars in prizes to readers. What a dick. Actually, Hamza is as kind as he is hairy.
