Art Attack Friday today is all about herms85. herms85 specializes in Sonic pieces, but he does dabble with other videogame series such as Metroid, Mario and more. Most of his work though does involve Sonic as he actually does work for a Sonic The Hedgehog comic book series. I had no idea there was even a Sonic The Hedgehog comic book series! There's some sample pages over on the official site and it looks pretty interesting.
My favorite pieces from herms85 include the Protoman, Samus Aran, and the Mario Bros. ones. I love anything that has to do with Samus and the Protoman one looks just badass. Also, who can't enjoy a piece involving Luigi beating up on Mario? Nintendo has made Luigi a giant wuss.

Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco.
