[Editor's note: In case you missed the quicky C-Blog notice, Art Attack Friday is temporally going bi-monthly. With that said, if you are an artist that would like to be featured, or know of a good artist or comic series I should feature, then please drop me a line.]
This week's AAF spotlight lands on Fugiri-Shi. This is the first artist to be featured that is really into the Chibi scene. Some of the drawings are damn adorable too. Even though Fugiri-Shi has a lot of chibi style pieces, his first love (just like a lot of Deviant Artist I keep coming across) is Samus Aran from Metroid.
There are a few comics staring chibi Samus as well that are pretty funny that are worth checking out. One final thing to point out is Fugiri's re-imaging of Samus's suit. Do you think the original is better or is this new concept something you would have rather preferred?

Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco. To date he has given away tens of thousands of dollars in prizes to readers. What a dick. Actually, Hamza is as kind as he is hairy.
