Army of Two: The 40th Day is out in stores today for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. What better way to celebrate the release of the game then with a trailer giving away some key plot points! Also, explosions. Lots and lots of explosions.
I really hope The 40th Day turns out good. I liked what the original Army of Two tried to do, but it fell short in a lot of areas. Everything I've seen media wise for the game so far looks good and I'm looking forward to picking up the title later this week.
How about you? Anyone planning on getting Army of Two: The 40th Day?
Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco. To date he has given away tens of thousands of dollars in prizes to readers. What a dick. Actually, Hamza is as kind as he is hairy.

This is a pass for me, the demo just felt like an unfinished mess. I liked the first one though, so I'll definitely rent this one some time later down the road.
@Dave, since planes have crashed in oceans, fields, and cities in real life, where exactly can a game crash a plane without it being in bad taste? *rolls eyes* its been over 7 years, its well past the point of exploitation/bad taste.
I been looking forward to this one, the trailers have been great but I haven't had a chance to try the demo. The first one was great fun when you had someone to play with and slaughter the masses.
Just to add, I won't be getting it most likely since Gamestop had that exclusive preorder thing, if I can't play the whole game, why bother? I will check it out in a month when its no longer exclusive. I mean 1 week ok, but a month, what were they thinking?
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Questionable content, definitely bad taste by the developers...
