There wasn’t much doubt that Army of Two: the 40th Day would start with an explosion or two or sixteen. In fact, we were pretty sure something big sets off the events in the game -- EA has teased something with other assets. But we weren’t sure how big the bang would be. Until now, at least. Consider that question answered with the above, which is the first minute or so of the game’s introductory cut-scene.
I'm getting hot for Army of Two-two and not just because of my passion for fire and gold guns. What are you guys thinking about it?
I'll get it. I was actually surprised at how much fun it was. But because I played the game so late, the Multiplayer was a lagfest, but when there was at least one playable game, it was cool and different because of the 2v2 nature of the game.
I put down my $5 at GameStop last night. I liked the first game (multiplayer sucked though - I hated when my partner was someone who didn't have a mic), and I'm really looking forward to this one.
the first one was surprisingly fun as stated. I played it Co-Op with a friend twice (normal and hardest difficulty), had a blast. If they make shooting from cover less effective and "regular" shooting more, I'm sold on at least a rental. (Why was blindfire 100% accurate while standing was all misses? lol)
