"What is this sound?"
"I'll become your rhythm(I think that's what the katakana is for...)"
So I'm inclined to say it's a music game? But fuck if I know :/
Umm.... what? Why would a Japanese site announce a western release?

Arc System Works opens up a teaser site
Another day, another cryptic Japanese teaser website. This time it looks like Arc System Works, the developer of Blazblue, Guilty Gear, and Persona 4 Arena, is in the mix. According to Andriasang, Arc is reportedly ready to reveal their secret on July 11th. Since Arc is already working on Guilty Gear XX Accent Core R, many fans are speculating that this could be a new Guilty Gear altogether. Or, it could simply be the announcement of the western/worldwide release of Accent Core R on XBLA and PSN, as originally planned. Either way, I'd love to get a new Guilty Gear game, as it's probably my favorite fighting franchise of all time. Of course, this could all be moot and it could be another Arc System Works visual novel. Arc System Works Teasing New Title [Andriasang] Did you know?
