As part of its Black Friday deals week, Amazon has five noteworthy discounts on digitally-distributed PC games, including BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite bundled together for $15. It was not long ago that I was thrilled to pay nearly double that amount for just the latter title.

The other deals are Borderlands Game of the Year and Borderlands 2 ($11.99); Civilization V and the Brave New World expansion ($19.99); Max Payne 3 with its DLC season Pass ($6.99); and Bully, Manhunt, Manhunt 2, and Midnight Club 2 ($7.99). With the exception of Manhunt 2, these games are redeemable on Steam.

These offers are valid through December 2 at 11:59pm Pacific, in case you want to hold out for a better deal, you utter maniac you.

Review: Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth

"Civilization, but set in the future on an alien planet." That is really all Firaxis and 2K needed to say to get people excited for the next entry in the long-running turn-based strategy series. There is a fair amount of new ...more
