Amazon.com is doing their Gold Box games sale thing today. Kicking things off is Assassin's Creed II, on sale for only $39.78. Supplies are limited, and here's proof of that: The day's first deal was on Grand Theft Auto IV, for $19.78, but that's all gone now.
Ass Creed 2 for $40. That sounds like a deal for anyone, except for maybe Jim Sterling. 790 comments. Jesus.

Too bad they couldn't have the PS3-Only Gold Box day have actual PS3 exclusives. I would have loved to pick up MGS4, Uncharted or Ratchet. This is just Amazon trying to clear their (lame) inventory. Transformers: RotF? Seriously, Amazon?

I need that info, as well. If this is true, I may very well have to buy it over the AC II deal they have on Amazon now.
Target also has Zelda: Spirit Tracks and a ton of other DS games on sale for $25 this whole week.
Uncharted2 or not, a great(from what I hear) game and extra controller for the price of a single game is still a good deal! ($59)
