Alice Cooper tracks to appear in Rock Band next week! photo

The pioneer of shock rock is finally coming to Rock Band. In the Rock Band community mailer today, Harmonix announced a ton of awesome Alice Cooper content that will be dropping into the Rock Band store next week! SQUEEEE!

The collection will have live versions of classic Cooper tracks "I'm Eighteen," "Under My Wheels," "School's Out" (which he played at my fiance's graduation commencement just last night) and my all-time favorite "Billion Dollar Babies." Plus, they're throwing in his biggest hit since going solo, "Poison," and a track from his most recent album called, "Vengeance is Mine." F*ck yes.

There's also three tracks coming from Taking Back Sunday -- "Liar (It Takes One to Know One)," "Makedamnsure" and "What's it Feel Like to be a Ghost" -- but who cares? Alice Cooper is coming to Rock Band, damn it, and nothing else matters.

[Editor's Note -- I screwed up and said that "Raped and Freezing" was one of the songs coming. It is, in fact, "Under My Wheels." It still isn't "No More Mister Nice Guy" though, so some of you will remain disappointed. Sorry for any confusion.]

The first concert I attended was Alice Cooper's 'Trash' tour. He did the self decapitation guillotine scene on stage. Great times. Regular guy offstage though. He plays golf, owns restaurants, etc.

Poison is a personal favorite, but I shed a tear for lack of No More Mr. Nice Guy. :(

Sigh. Alice Cooper on Rock Band. So much for not spending money on MS points for a while...

Do they already have "Welcome to my Nightmare?" I can't think of that song without remembering the time he guest-starred on The Muppet Show.

Okay, so, I hate Taking Back Sunday, but I get really nostalgic for MakeDamnSure, because one of my roommates in college listened to it all the time. I will actually probably spend two dollars to pick it up.
