Ha! Finally an HD collection I'll totally be getting (Ico/SotC'll also be bought at some point). Great news. :D
Thank god! I've been dying to play through them again ever since ny 60gb PS3 died and I had to get a slim.
FINALLY!!! Ugh, I've been waiting for this for a whiiiile. Granted I still want my Ratchet & Clank HD collection fix but with Ratchet & Clank All 4 One for one next week, I'll survive. Just give me that sweet Naughty Dog goodness (as well as Jak 4 already dammit!!)

Yes yes yes! Jak and Daxter is the only reason I'm still holding onto my old PS2 with all these collections coming out, I can finally kick it to the curb.
Blech! Played all three for the first time each, one right after the other. It was super obvious they were initially planning on doing a generic sequel in another colorful fantasy world with Jak 2 before doing a 180.
They really were just writing up the whole damn thing as they were going along. I mean, how can Jak have an uncle if he's from the future? And the final boss of it all is the disgruntled race car driver from the second game? Bull. Crap.
If the games were guaranteed to have sequels, they should have planned them better so as to actually be cohesive with one another, gritty or colorful.

Though I'm ragging on the story. They were thoroughly fun games! BUT that god awful story just kept making me say "What?" throughout the whole thing and pulling me out of it.
I've always enjoyed Jak & Daxter's brand of smooth free roaming platforming with practically no loads screens. The story is truly awful though. Still, this will be a great addition to the ps3 along with the sly cooper trilogy.
I love the HD remake craze. I never played these so I'll be picking this up (did the same with Sly, and that went well)
Aw shit yeah, been patiently waiting for an excuse to replay these and after the other hd releases just knew their would be one of this series. Can not wait =)

I may have to sell my PS3 since my backlog just grows bigger and bigger with all the amazing exclusive games coming out together with some multiplatform games as well. Can't wait for this one!

My nephew plays this all the time... And I'm sick of it <_< If I see more about jak and daxter, I'll snap.
I freakin LOVE HD collections. I'm getting to play a ton of games that I missed the first time around. Really hope these things keep coming.
i was a ratchet and clank guy in those days so i never played the jaxx and daxter games. but from what i understand they are just as good as R&C which im all for.
