Nice! Reminds me that I once started watching that tv-show that came after the mini-series, no idea what happened to that.
Thank goodness this wasn't published by Bethesda, or there would have been a lawsuit when Final Fantasy XIII came out.
The Iphone and Ipad part makes it sound like the game will be something more along the line of a more casual shooter instead of the "AAA" halo/CoD game we are used to. I'd expect this to be of the type of title you'd see on XBLA/PSN/Steam, maybe a top down shooter or such?

XIII was fantastic although it always bothered me that it ended with a cliffhanger when a new game was never gonna come. Lets hope the pc version is an fps continuation, because the original was a tour de force and it would be a shame to have the second game be completely different.
XIII was not nearly as good as everyone makes it out to be, but it was still a solid, yet dated, shooter. The cliffhanger was bullshit, though, and I'd like to see a conclusion.
Nice! Played a demo around its original release, but never got around to playing the full game. Always wanted to, though. I will be watching this closely.

Oh man I can't wait for this :) only last week I wrote an article all about XIII. Talked about its origins, how amazing it was and how it was such a shame it probably wouldn't get a sequel. Man am I happy! Shame its not slated as a PS3/360 download title... Mac it is!
Holy crap! I very nearly forgot this game existed, and literally just yesterday thought to myself, "Wasn't there a comic book shooter at some point?" I sat around for almost an hour trying to remember what it was, and here we are.

I've got to say that the original has got to be one of the most unique FPS games I've ever played. Brilliant story, too, except for the ending, which will hopefully be continued from in this game. That is, unless it was expanded on in the comics.

I loved the original game, up until it ended on that cliffhanger. I even played it on the hardest difficulty to see if there was more, but nope, nothing. Didn't help that it was based on just a small part of the comics, either.

I forced myself to sit through the game, which I found to be mediocre, because I'm a bit compulsive, wanted closure and I wanted to keep giving the game a chance.
And then it ended with one of the worst cliffhangers ever. "Guess what? Nothing you did mattered or resolved anything, least of all the web of intrigue. Congrats!"
I know they planned a sequel and just didn't get to make one, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Shooting people in the head with a crossbow was fun, though.

As usual, I get insanely excited only to find out it's not coming to consoles and I therefore have no way to play it.

The original game was pretty terrible bar the visuals, but I hope they give Duchovny another sack of money for a mumbly voiceover. He's laconic to begin with, let alone when he's so blatantly phoning it in.
A friend told me about this game a couple years ago, and although I was interested, I never got around to trying it out. But if it has the Jim Sterling Stamp of Approval, I will definitely check it out.
I wish they would release XIII on the PSN. It's too bad the new game is not going to be on consoles.. :/
YAY! PC xD just glad it isn't only gonna be on iOS >.> that would be horrible and stupid! perhaps a console release later! So glad XIII is coming back ;D
