From Nintendo Power #280, the same issue that revealed Mighty Switch Force HD for Wii U, comes some juicy information regarding WayForward's other upcoming game, Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why'd You Steal Our Garbage? As you may recall, the DS / 3DS title is a joint effort between WayForward and Adventure Time creator Pendleton Ward, who penned an original story about Finn and Jake's trash being stolen by the Ice King so that he can construct a Garbage Princess.
The Nintendo Power article gives us our first taste of in-game screens, which sport the same level of high-quality sprite work that WayForward is famous for. The gameplay will be similar to that of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link -- during top-down view areas, there will be exploration and questing, and during side view areas, there will be combat and platforming. I felt that Shantae shared a lot in common with Zelda II as well, so I trust WayForward to knock this latest title out of the park with just as much ease.
