I don't really understand how this is pathetic or childish.
Those other two were the ones disloyal and breaking contract with conspiring with competitive companies. I wouldn't pay them either. Fuck them. ZZGive them to the people who actually do their work honestly.

Simple fact of the matter is that one of the main reasons a developer would leave one publisher to go work for another is because they have a problem with their current publisher. It seems like there may have been bad blood between IW and Activision for years (creative freedom my ass). They treated IW as nothing more than a commodity. a good employer should know that the best thing you get do with a talented employees is make them WANT to stay with you.
Take disney/pixar for instance... when Pixar's contract was coming up, they considered leaving since they no longer needed disney... what was Disney's response? They wrote Pixar up a whole new contract that addressed any problem they might have had with staying with Disney.

Well, at the least you could look at it as Activision thanking the IW employees who haven't left for their dedication.

What if Activision was letting IW do what what (as long as they made alot of money for Activision ofcourse) and the suddenly found out that IW was about to move the hole franchise (witch is indeed very much owned by Activision) over to EA. Should they just stop being "tatally dicks" and let there cash cow go to EA. Maby IW got a bit high on all the free power and lag of money. Again please listen to the podcast!

You know whats gonna be hilarious, when 2 years from now Vince and Zampella's company is making tonnes of money from their next game while Activision declares bankruptcy.

Millions of fans - millions now, Activision. I've never really cared for their games, but once MW2 multi-player dies out I won't bother touching another of their products. I won't even be buying the new map-pack in support of Wes and Zampella.
