I would say that's kind of a surprise, but knowing that in most games it does say that within 90 days of purchase it will be replaced if there are disc issues, it's kinda not so much of a surprise.
just wish Sony would replace my MAG disc, which cracked, after like 7 months. Sure it's a lot longer than the 90 day warantee, but c'mon.

Seems like this is happeneing more and more, I wonder what the main cause is as Halo has had this as well.

I wonder if the recent outbreak of defective disc all originate from the same manufacturing facility. One of you sleuthy SOBs should get on that.

They have to replace them, almost all games come with a 90-day manufacturers warrenty....the fact that this problem went public doesnt help either. You seriously think Activision would bat an eye at this if they werent forced to by law? Go on, keep kidding yourself.
