Hey Wii owners! Love typing in your info EVERY SINGLE DAMN TIME with the Wiimote whenever you purchase something on the Virtual Console?! Of course you don't.

Thankfully, Nyko will soon be releasing a keypad for Wiimotes. The Nyko Type Pad Pro is a shell that cradles any standard Wiimote remote. However, the Type Pad will have limited uses unless you use it with Nyko's Wand Wii Remote. The extra benefit from using the Wand controller with the Type Pad Pro comes in the form of the A and B trigger buttons on the back of the Type Pad. You'll still of course be able to use the QWERTY keyboard with regular Wiimotes, you just won't be able to use the extra trigger buttons.

No word on price or release date yet, but we'll be checking out the Type Pad Pro along with other new Nyko products at CES next month. We'll let you know if the Type Pad Pro will be worth the purchase.
