Its why Marcus is in prison after all. War crimes and donkey dick do not mix.
I imagine that a quote from the book might look something like this
" Grash!! Gwarh!! fuck shit shit shit Bagaw!!! shit shit fuck..."
500 Pages of PEW PEW. XD
I never though I'd use that phrase, die in a fire, but it honestly just feels fucking right with your ass. You still fail. Make some more win wallpapers and maybe you can one day not be a fucking douche.
A fucking thread? I don't think Nick got his information from a forums unless it's part of the story
. Do you honestly know what a source is? And do you honestly think that a forum was the first place anyone heard anything on the topic?
Let's just say what you said was silly.
:D
Agreed. I'm really enjoying the new one by Joseph Staten. Contact Harvest, I mean.
Oh, and Whiteboy? Halo fans aren't retards. People are retards, and a lot of people play Halo. Hence...
The only reason the Gears of War storyline pissed me off is that every second that there wasn't one (i.e. the entire game) reminded me of that press release where CliffyB talked up the storyline, saying that it was going to revolutionize stories in FPS (or TPS, you damned pedants) or whatever it was.
Gears doesn't have a terrible story, really. It is par for the course as far as FPS stories are concerned, in that it is extremely sparse, bland window dressing. That's fine. The only thing that ever bothered me was Epic telling me it would be otherwise, because Valve had inspired me by bringing a story three years ago.
So is this book supposed to be an apology? I don't know, but I won't bother, because I have better things to do than make sense of a story for a game I stopped playing eight months ago.
@EternalDeath
I don't know why your assuming Halo fans aren't smart or don't read. Many Halo fans are very into the story and the books have been doing extremely well in sales and ratings.
"...dive deep into the history of the Cole Train. His slow spiral into darkness with Thai prostitutes, cocaine, and the uphill battle of learning how to read."
I will read the book to try and make sense of it all. We all know it's going to be a trilogy so maybe reading the book will make games 2 and 3 even better.
