I've been looking at this thing for months. Every time I drive by it, I always wondered how that got there. The blessed terminal that bares the Rockstar Games emblem is located at the BP on 69th and Biscayne in Miami, just across from my office. Whodunnit? I have a hot lead.
I'd always suspected that it might have been put there by a fan or a paid/guerilla marketing stunt. That is, until I went to Mark Soyka's restaurant and happened to have a waiter who spotted my DS, a symbol of international gamer kinship. We were talking about Destructoid and then he shared a possible drunk & deboner direct connection:
"Did you know that the Rockstar team from Europe likes to eat here when they are in town? There was a bunch of them in here! Last time I saw them, they sat at the long table by the bar for the entire day and didn't order anything to eat, they just talked for hours and drank and drank and drank. They were funny and loud like a big family."
O RLY? They must have missed their pub away from home. It doesn't take a Carmen Sandiego expert to figure this caper out. The car wash and Sokya are just blocks away from each other ... and if they are flew in, they were probably in rental car who's gas tank needs to be replenished before returning ... good times, good times. Rockstar Leeds, you can tag up our block anytime.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!

So, what explains what a lot now?
I believe that the Ping-Pong game was one of the few that were made in the US. Most were made somewhere in the UK, other european cities or Canada.
Rockstar Leeds didn't make Table Tennis, Rockstar San Diego did.
@People who are confused.
