What's going on today? Hell if I know. I tried to leave a comment on a story and then was teleported to a strange place where a naked man showed me his junk. I guess that's not much different than any other day, actually.
Anyway, here's something I know we can count on: a ten-game sale for Xbox LIVE Arcade. It starts today and continues through April 7. The games? They aren't top of the line necessarily, but they aren't all that bad either -- well, maybe Track & Field is pretty gross. Here are the new prices:
- South Park Let's Go Tower Defense Play! (400 MS Points)
- Super Street Fighter II HD Remix (560 MS Points)
- Defense Grid (400 MS Points)
- Rocket Riot (400 MS Points)
- Mad Tracks (400 MS Points)
- Track & Field (240 MS Points)
- Lumines Live (400 MS Points)
- Age of Booty (400 MS Points)
- Schizoid (400 MS Points)
- Wallace & Gromit Ep. 1 (400 MS Points)
If only because seemingly few people have played Schizoid, that's going to be my recommendation from this group. Anything jump out at you here, guys?
Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied:
"bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Lumines Live is a must for $5 if you don't have a PSP.
And I'd get SF2THDR if I didn't already have it.
Hell, I'm not even going to get into the lack of Mondo Grosso. If you lack the means to get the original on the PSP, the PSN version is a much better presentation and content heavy game, though lacking any online components. It also has more music in the extra packs on PSN.
I'd almost forgive LL if they put Genki Rockets back on XBLM or maybe some fresh music packs.
It's much faster and more hectic than Worms. Most matches are pure chaos. The single player is fun, long (80 levels!) and fairly difficult. On-line play is basically dead, though, so I wouldn't buy it if that's your main focus.
