Last time I wrote about Code of Princess, I used my infinite wisdom to determine and declare that the game needed online play if were to stand a chance at being a big hit. Looks like the game's developers read my post, as they have now announced that the game will have online play. Amazing that they were able to implement such a complex feature so quickly!
Also, last time i wrote about the game, someone got sad at me for not mentioning that the game is being developed by some of the team who created Treasure's Guardian Heroes. Don't be sad at me guys! I wish I knew everything about every game all the time, but I don't! I am only a man.
Now we just need to wait and see if the game will leave Japan. Wouldn't it be a kick in the balls if European and American 3DS owners got Steel Diver and Combat of the Giants: Dinosaurs 3D and not a awesome looking online co-op RPG-lite beat 'em up about purple zombie lady in a "<3 Milk <3" scarf getting fights with hordes of grumpy cyborg skeletons?
Please don't kick my balls, Agatsuma Entertainment! Avoid the whole ball area if you wouldn't mind!

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
It's not a slight at Steel Diver as a game. It was a slight at the folks who decide what games are localized. Code of Princess has a lot better chance of finding and audience among the 3DS's install base than Steel Diver did.
I agree it should have been cheaper. The game may be short, but it takes a while for 100% completion. I understood your point, It's just that I have soft spot for that game lol.
It just doesn't seem to make sense to make a kick ass nun character in a video game and leave her unplayable.
Also, and I might be wrong, but I remember hearing that all the dev team members of Guardian Heroes are making this, not just some.
Also Also, what is Guardian Heroes?
Never mind. TO GOOGLE!!
@Gold
I want a Japanese 3ds too. >.<;
And if you don't know Guardian Heroes, go buy the HD port on XBL. It is most definitely the best XBLA of all of last year.
I'm optimistic that alot of these awesome looking Japanese 3DS games will make it over. Because a bunch of really great Japanese games made it over to the original DS. However I'm starting to get the feeling that in order to full appreciate the 3DS you have to get a Japanese system. I really want Project Mirai, and I doubt that game will make it out of Japan so I think at some point I'm going to have to buy a Japanese 3DS too.
Look at the guitar, it is an acoustic flying V with a keyboard on one side, and an axes on the other. He also looks like a gay fairy dressed him, which is admittedly better than the zombie chick. I can't make jokes about how she just wore whatever was in her closet, because she is not wearing clothes, just a cape and underwear.
It's only $8 new on Amazon, It's also a new ip from Nintendo. Two great reasons right there.

I thought the elf was a chick?
I mean, it doesn't look specifically feminine or anything, but that's what I read elsewhere... unless memory fails me.
Has Team Dai Gurren logo as icon.
Says he doesn't like skimpy armor sword lady.
What?

Now I want the game in my 3DS ASAP.
Not specifically because of the online feature, but because it looks cool as fuck.
Honestly, while GL is my favorite anime, I'm not a big fan of Yoko's ridiculous titty antics.
