If there is one thing NeiR has become known for, it's the fact that the main character's chief ally, Kaine, is something that we can sensitively call Intersexed. She might look like a woman, but the demon that's taken control of her body has granted her with boy parts and girl parts. She's kind of confused.
Famitsu has brand new screens, one of which leaves us in no doubt that Kaine is being marketed on her sex appeal, despite her manlier attributes. The latest gallery also contains plenty of blood and violence, as well as a first look at some menu screens.
I'm quite looking forward to NeiR. The enemy designs seem quite original and the game itself promises to be a straight-up action experience, which I always have time for. Here's hoping it turns out to be a good one.

The thing that will be awesome will be the story. Cavia is great at writing downright depressing, bloody, and dark stories. Even though Drakengard 2 wasn't nearly as dark and twisted as the original, it was still a bleak story.
So graphics being average, all I can say is, who cares? The story is going to be downright great and hopefully in a twisted way. I need another Drakengard fix.
...I wonder, if you can choose the gender of your main character, you probably always have an option for relationship with Kaine. Yay whoo? XD
It might be neat storywise, but it'll most likely be lumped in there with Drakengard in terms of wonkiness.
No more heroes looks like crap and is one of my favourite games on the Wii :-)
From what I've heard, the herm is in both versions of the game. We'll see what happens.
