There just aren't enough hack n' slash RPGs on the market these days. Sure, we have Torchlight and Dungeon Siege III, with Diablo III on the horizon, but there's room for more. 

Crimson Alliance hopes to scratch that itch a little bit, offering some traditional adventuring in a lighter, breezier package. It also comes in two flavors -- an 800 Microsoft Point download that lets you pick a single class, and the 1200 Point version with all three characters unlocked. 

It smells suspiciously like an attempt at free-to-play, but its bite-sized nature might make it the perfect snack between RPGs.
