A demo for Playlogic's hack-and-slash title, Fairytale Fights, has hit Xbox LIVE Maretplace and is available for download now.
The demo will give you a taste of the game's combat, as it puts you into the "White Room" and let's you hack and slash things for 90 seconds. Given the nature of the game, things get bloody, and it should give you a decent idea of what the game's combat is like. Also, it may be the shortest demo in the history of demos.
Those with PlayStation 3s will have to wait a bit -- the "White Room" Fairytale Fights demo will hit PlayStation Network on December 10. By then, Xbox 360 owners will have had the opportunity to play the demo more than 5,760 times. Yup.

It's fairly terrible.
As a 400 point Arcade game I could have seen some fun in this. But a 40 dollar retail? I want some of what they're smoking.
It was kind of fun, I don't think it was as terrible as the people above are saying. The humor seems funny enough, I'm interested to see where it goes beyond the white room.
You're right; that's fun for about an hour, then you realize you paid $40 for a repetitive game, where the jokes get old.
Oh, I didn't realize this was going to be a full retail game. I was under the impression it was gonna be a PSN/XBLA title, I mean, that's what it looks like. Around $10 would be okay, but definitely no where near $40 of $60.
I'm not one for hack'n'slash games, but I really did not like the attack being mapped to the joystick. Too many controls to deal with and I didn't even need the full 90 seconds to determine that I didn't like the game.
Certainly a very pretty and polished game but that's the only nice thing I can say about it.
