I'd buy this. All I have in regards to Atari classics on my DS is that retarded "Retro Atari Classics", which had like four games.

It's like Microsoft Gameroom, only cheaper and streamlined. Might have to check this out.

Oh WAIT those are Atari **2600** games. So you get 9 awesome arcade classics and 41 sh*tty 2600 games that have REALLY not aged well? I'll pass.

these games are like 40kb each. Why not just put the ENTIRE LIBRARY ON A DS CART AND SELL IT.

What is wrong with these fucking idiots.

For some reason, playing pong without the paddles just feels like blaspheme o_o;

I am actually kind of excited for this. Activision Anthology on GBA has like 50 atari games and I really enjoyed that.

Because that would involve not only rounding up all of the ROMs for the games, but paying the necessary licensing fees for all of the third-party titles. You're also not taking into account the massive amount of games for the system that are either rubbish or inappropriate for children. It's just not practical for the developer or the user.

Without Activision games, this is nothing. Gameroom's mix of Activision and Atari released games is spot-on, they just need Imagic games.

Actually, it would be interesting to see how missile command would work with touch-based controls.. Single-cart multiplayer is always interesting, and there's f'ing Dodge'em on this collection. I'll keep an eye on this one.

I don't see why anyone would pay to play Atari 2600 games in an age where even free online Flash games are better than them. Give me a collection of fifty SNES games and we'll talk...

A lot of these D-list titles are the same crap that was on those piss poor Atari Flashback systems. Vote with your wallet, people!
