The Augmented Reality functionality of the 3DS was kind of lost on me until I unlocked it in Nintendogs + Cats. Now I'm able to make my almost-real tri-colored Pembroke Welsh Corgi appear in my environment. And with the added bonus of 3D, he's almost-really real.
In the gallery below you'll see the hilarious results of combining Nintendogs + Cats and the various AR cards included with the 3DS. Most of these give your puppy a costume to wear. I posed him around my apartment. My favorite is my corgi standing proudly over my pile of dirty dishes. Although wall-climbing Pikmin Corgi is also quite wonderful.
I wonder where his ears went.

Anyway, reminds me of that card game for the PS3 and PSP, also of invizimals! Looks cool, but not to my quality standards; just saying.
This has convinced me that I need this game, I was gonna pass, but now I FUCKING NEED IT!
I don't plan on getting a 3DS at all, no desire really; I'm all hyped for the NGP! It's not that I think the 3DS will be crap, but it doesn't hold up to what I want in a game system when compared to the NGP, especially in software!
But this is a really cool feature for Nintendo fans! Is it like collectible cards that you...collect? Each card has a different virtual item?
Or is it just one card that works with all virtual items?

I don't think that he was referring to the dog and Kirby having same sex relations. I initially shrugged it off, but when I clicked on his posting history it was the particular post about "killing all the fags" as a solution to combat piracy that made me feel the need to say something
Not mad I was just trying to make a point, I recently did some camera work for a Gay and Lesbian film festival and I witnessed various discussions and watched documentaries of people who had been suffered greatly and been forced to drop out of school because of discrimination they had faced. They ended one of the discussions by saying that common slang like fag and gay is hurtful although many people don't realize it. If I can help THEvalrog or any other person reading this who uses gay-bashing language take a step back and realize what they are saying, atleast I can say I spoke up for something instead of just shrugging it off.
It really is ridiculous how most people do not tolerate verbal racism yet it is very common to inadvertently say hate speech against homo-sexuals. I'm not trying to be Mr.Moral or a prude but Destructoid's comment Policy has a link to "forms of sucking" and guideline 2 specifies that homophobia is not tolerated. They created a free website that gives us great coverage of gaming news the least we can do is honor their policies. If you want to gay bash go to a website where it isn't against their policy.

What lead me to write these comments is that this guy constantly uses the word fags, that word is equally as offensive as a racial slur.
True, if this was any other site I would have ignored it, But people like him have been slowly popping up and ruining D-Toid and I'm not going to let them ruin this website. I like this community far to much to let it get overrun by trolls. I was just trying to give him a warning cause he can get banned for stuff like this. I don't have any problem with him being here I just don't like his language. You can swear all you want and be vulgar (so long as you can pull it off well like Jim) on D-Toid just don't insult people because of their ethnicity, sexual orientation, belief systems etc.
