Glad its following the SSF43DS route with its features. But I never cared for the DOA series. After 4, the series to me went downhill.

English VO in DOA ha sbeen hilarious in the past but ultimately crap; the Japanese VO hasn't been much better but I hope there's at least the option to choose which we have.
It was good to ehar that the touch input isn't going to be the only input method, has had been rumoured around the various DOA message boards.
Not sure how I feel about the whole "best of" thing, on the one hand it means they can do whatever the hell an dit's fine - Tekken Tag did this brilliantly - but on the other hand I've been playing these games for 12 years now, it's been five years since the last one, I want some advancement.
Also, might be wrong but there's yet to be any sign of Kokoro. You would think they would include every past character if this is a "best of", but I suppose if anyone's going to be cut, she's the most worthless.
While there doens't seme to be any advancement in plot, the gameplay looks to have been improved upon; the new trailer with the English voice over showed new moves from Tina, La Mariposa, Christie and Bass, so hopefully even if the plot is a jumbled mess the gameplay has at least been expanded.
Fuck I'm all in a jitter. DOA is not just a system-seller but even a TV-seller for me. Can you tell I'm excited? Roll on, March 25th.

I don't know when I stopped caring about the series, but I popped DOA2 in my dreamcast the other day, and could barely stand 10 minutes of it. This looks really cool, though.

I got to a comfortable S Ranking on DoA4 with Kokoro. She's the furtherest thing from worthless, if you know how to use her.

This game is the game that has me horny for the 3DS. DOA3 is probably my all time favorite fighter, and a DOA4 bundle at Future Shop sold me a 360. It's just a damn fun game to play.
This is why I'd buy a 3DS, but I'm not sure I'll splash out on a whole new console for one game. I would have in the past, but these days I'm a little more restrained in what I buy.

After DOA4, there haven't been any games. Unless you're talking about the beach-party games, and if you're buying those you know what you're getting in to.

Looking forward to seeing Samus in action. I'm usually against guest characters in fighting games, but somehow this actually has me intrigued.
@HEL105 I got to A-rank with Kokoro myself, I know she's a strong fighter. But storyline-wise, she might as well not be there.
Though as Kylehyde has pointed out, she's in the English trailer after all, missed her first time around. Looks like the whole cast is back in action then, suppose that's good.
