3D Classics Excitebike is now available on Club Nintendo photo

It's been a while since Nintendo has offered up a 3D Classic for grabs, but that's just what they're doing today, as Excitebike (3D Classics, 3DS eShop) is now available on Club Nintendo for 150 coins until August 26th

Everyone probably remembers that Excitebike was a limited time free offer to celebrate the eShop's opening -- well at this point, there's probably a ton of fresh new XL owners out there, so you missed that promotion by a long shot.

If I could make a recommendation, it would be to pick it up if you can spare the coins -- Excitebike is a true classic, and the 3D effects, while minimal, add to the game's enjoyment for sure.

Fluidity is still available until August 19th, so grab it soon if you haven't already. After that point, Nintendo will switch it out with something else. In other Club Nintendo news, I just got my Gold Nunchuk in the mail -- that was fast!

Nintendo Download: Kirby and the Rainbow Curse

The Wii U has a bit of eShop life this week with Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, which looks all sorts of cute. It's also getting a Citizens of Earth demo and Axelay, one of my personal favorite SNES shoot-'em-ups. The 3DS ...more

Sin and Punishment 2 and Pandora's Tower come out next month for Wii U in Japan

Sin and Punishment: Star Successor and Pandora's Tower are two of my favorite Wii games, and now they're coming to the Wii U eShop. As per Nintendo's YouTube channel they will both be arriving next month in Japan -- the former has a March 25 date, with the latter coming earlier on March 4. Both games support the Classic Controller, in case you were wondering.more
