why would someone waste time on a knockoff? yea theyll get some money but then get sued by nintendo. lol why not make.. i dunno, an ORIGINAL game. Remember when people made original games? Good times.
This is sad. The blatent ripoff of an idea without caring is crappy. However this photo is pretty damn funny. 
And that's one of the reasons I don't like the phone game industry. Everytime I go to the Google Play Store the Paid Games section always have the same games on top and the Free Games section is full of clones and throwaway apps. If you search hard you can find some nice games, but they're buried very deep inside a pile of souless garbage.

That's sleazy, indeed. And what really sucks is that the art style seems pretty charming. Just take out all the Mario assets and this would make for a decent game (assuming the gameplay is alright).

You know why this pisses me off so much? The creators of these knock offs, AND APPLE make money off this shit, which is probably why Apple doesn't try harder to get rid of them.
OK, so I just got it and played it and it's the single most depressingly sobering game ever. The music they choose is so depressing, so utterly soul wrenching it turns the game into a sort of satirical art piece. I adore it's very existence, though not as a game.
@Freakazoid Ewwww! It looks so nasty in motion! I will admit, the way that the goombas clip through each other and stand right underneath you was worth a laugh. The unfitting music is just the delicious icing on the turd cake. Wonder how well knock offs like this sell on average.
