I have stopped playing Alan Wake and RDR to play FIFA and wake up early to go watch the World Cup. But I will not pay a single cent for any of this stuff.
That being said, does anyone know how to actualy play the FREE DLC for FIFA 10 that has this year's real World Cup brackets? I can't get to it for the life of me.

No 3 on 3 NHL Arcade? I've dabbled with the idea of getting that both on the PS3 and now the 360...especially the 360. More harddrive space. Just couldn't justify the price.

This! Aside from a few quick jaunts into 2K's series, EA hockey games are the only sport games I play.
(Makes me wonder why I don't own one for this generation of consoles when I owned like four last...)

Most people who played sports in high school are now overweight and out of shape just like you. So you see it doesn't matter, we all end up the same.

I like that someone chose to make the "Sensible World of Soccer". All those other soccer games were far too frivolous to justify spending moon money on.

Hockey translates into gaming well, very few breaks in the action (once you learn what a blue line is!).
All the big hits of football with a mire frenetic pace.
Stick control being mapped to the right stick is the difference maker on breakaways now.
... and the new physics engine in NHL11 looks like it's going to be impressive.

Tempted by SWOS. Then again, nah, never really played it during Amiga days anyway; KickOff2 was more my thing.
I reckon MS should set up a poll where Gold members can vote for their top 5 reduction-wannabes. The most popular each week get the treatment. You could argue why would they want to reduce the price of popular games, it's unpopular games they want to sell more of... but that would a poor argument my son (or daughter!), as they *know* they'd sell a boot load of the popular ones, but no guarantees whatsoever on the tripe off the market.
