Forza 2 for the Xbox 360 will be receiving some new DLC this Wednesday. The DLC will cost 400 Microsoft Points and it will contain 13 new cars, adding to the already huge list of 340 cars available. Some of the new rides include an Xbox 360-themed Peugeot 207 Super 2000, the brand new Audi S5, BMW M3, Lamborghini LP640 and Ferrari 430 Scuderia. Follow the jump for the full list of new cars.

Forza players will have the opportunity to play against some of the team members this weekend. Forza and Xbox are also hosting a sweepstakes from March 21st to the 23rd offering up prizes like a racing wheel and an autographed copy of Forza Motorsport 2. More details on both of these can be found on their official site.

Are there any particularly outstanding fancy pants American car corporations?

Mitsubishi. Does that sound European to you?

It may not sound European but I just found out Mitsubishi Motors Europe exists. My bad.

15 cars with THIRTY FOUR pictures!

I have never tried a Forza Game and I like GT so people who have played both, how do they compare?

@mix

I much prefer Forza, for the damage model if nothing else. GT's invincible bumper car physics are outdated.

GT series has failed to evolve. Physics, damage, AI... Forza kills in these categories. Plus it has great online play. GT5 will have online play finally, and cockpit view at last, but that's not enough. If all you care about are graphics and having 900 cars, only 30 of which you'll ever drive, then get a GT game.

Damage and car list in forza are better. oh and the custom paint, auction house, xbox live, real body kits.
But the courses in GT are a lot better and more numerous.

still missing a BMW M5 and Audi R8.
at least they got the Evo X.

@maxx77: The full version of Gran Turismo 5 (not Prologue) will have car damage.

Hells_666:

There's 55 Skylines, 18 EVOs, 19 RX-7, 11 RX-5, 26 NSX, 20 Impreza, 15 Silvia in GT4. That's 164 cars from _6_ model series. 23 of the 55 Skylines are R34. Thats' 23 cars with the same skin...

Quality over quantity is what matters.

supremeFronk:

The R8 is already in the game. Both the R8 and R10 LM-car and the recent sports coupe. The M5 probably won't be added, but every M3 ever made is in so who cares.
