'Unique' online mode for SSX to be unveiled at gamescom

Electronic Arts has been fairly quiet over SSX when it comes to online play, and even multiplayer in general. Next month during gamescom, we'll hear about a new online mode for the snowboarding game.

This factoid comes to us by way of EA PWNED, a UK-based web show, which teases a "very unique online mode." If you can't find where the hosts say that in the video, watch the scrolling text during the SSX bit. Almost missed it myself, honestly.

What could this be? I hope wingsuits are involved.
