'Time Trial' mode in Mirror's Edge demo now free photo

Remember the fancy "Time Trial" mode in the Mirror's Edge demo only available to those who pre-ordered the game? The one that require the fancy codes we gave away in a contest?

Well, now that the game is out, it's not so fancy or special anymore -- Electronic Arts has opened the "Time Trial" mode to everyone. Now players can use any 16-digit code to unlock the time trial mode ... no fancy string of numbers necessary. This should work on both of the previously-released PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the demo, so if you already have that, you should be set.

In my review of the game, I said that beauty of Mirror's Edge was not its short and sometimes frustrating story mode, but the various "Time Trials." Now everyone can check it out to see if they agree.

Well, do you agree?

I might be retarded but it doesn't work for me... :/
I punched in a string of 5's and then put in my EA account info and then it says: Seems like your code is invalid or mistyped, please re-enter your pre0order code. If you have not pre0ordered yet, find more info at www.mirrorsedge.com

I are sad, someone teach me!

I love this game but i spent a lot of time getting good time trial scores offline and after i logged on to compare with others on Xbox live it completely erased all my offline scores. The same thing happened to a friend with PS3 version, totally lame...

Time trials are great, but I also had enough fun with the campaign to warrant a second play-through.
