Lionhead set a new date for Knothole Island, the first bit of DLC for Fable II. The content is set to go live on January 13 for 800 Microsoft Space Bucks. The date is earlier than what Lionhead originally anticipated. A few weeks back the studio announced that the DLC would be delayed until “late January” as a result of technical problems.
As described on Lionhead’s blog, the DLC is not the only thing coming on the 13th. Misers will receive a free update granting “a handful of gifts” and the ability to play cooperatively with a person who purchased the content.
Lionhead also created a premium theme for this monumental occasion priced at 250 Points. It is the perfect content for the kind of person that likes to download senseless things like Merv Griffin’s Crosswords and Soduku variants.
