‘Chip Tuned Rockman’ coming to rock your face, mofos photo

“Chip Tuned Rockman” is an upcoming album full of chiptuned remixes of Mega Man from various Mega Man games. The album will contain 20 tracks and each track is arranged by different artists from around the world. The album will also come with a booklet that has interviews with ten of the artists plus a comic illustrated by Hitoshi Ariga.

The album will go on sale on October 15, but anyone attending the Tokyo Game Show next week can score themselves an advance copy. The album is going for around $33.

Yup, the price point sucks. But some people will still buy it because fans of japanesse imports are used to paying extra money to get rare soundtracks.

$30+ for Japanese CDs is par for the course. They charge out the anus for that kind of stuff. Nonetheless, this CD is mine.
