There wasn't much fanfare when it was discovered that a new $199.99 3DS XL bundle featuring a pre-loaded copy of Mario Kart 7 was coming. There was even less fanfare when the damn thing ninja-ed onto store shelves yesterday.

I only learned of the release as I was browsing through the forums and spotted this thread by a very horsey N7. Since then, I've checked around several retailers to see who is stocking. There are the usual suspects like Target and GameStop, but only at Best Buy will you score free shipping and a $20 gift card, online or in-store. That deal is only for one week, though.

So... who's gonna bite?
